http://support.novell.com/forums/If you go there, noticed the right-hand column. It says 'Blog'. And there is a 'Wiki' link too. Yes, even NetWare. One of the sessions I'm going to in a week is BOF177: FORUM, Communities, Sharing information. I suspect these will be brought up.
Now this page has links to the support forums, product wiki pages, product
support web pages, and product blog lists. I am hoping this will give our
customers a set of tools to use when trying to find, or publish information
about Novell products. Each media type has it's advantage. If you have
the time and the inclination, please take the time to contribute. Just
like the forums, the value is determined by the contributions made.
For some products, the wiki and blog pages are bare, just waiting for
someone to contribute the first bit of information. For others (such as
ZENworks) there is already quite a bit of information but we're hoping for
more. Over time, these tools should help refine information that can be of
value to everyone.
Forums encourage ongoing conversation to address issues.
Wiki is a great place to post and refine a FAQ type of information with
contributions from the community.
Blogs are a good source of information from experts that would like to share
some general knowledge or experience.
Don't be shy about contributing!
