New tech!
Today we're getting the Big-IP installed. This devices will be driving the Blackboard upgrade this summer. The plan is to 'make it more reliable', which is a challenge with this product. But the happy bit is, Big-IPs are just so darned useful that we'll find other things to do with all that extra power.
